Project Overview

The GMU MIS 491 team provided Optiv Security’s Consulting Division a Performance Evaluation Framework & Process that incorporated 360 degree feedback for their employees, and how they could implement the process framework utilizing their current Workday application. The Client's Needs included a performance evaluation process; set of performance evaluation metrics for different employees at different levels; and a tool to do performance evaluations. The GMU MIS 491 Solution / Recommendation Delivery included a 360 degree process framework for performance evaluation that addressed employees at all levels of the organization; suggestions of particular performance metrics that can be used at various levels and interactions within their 360 degree Performance Evaluation Framework; and a path forward (implementation plan) of the 360 degree performance evaluation process framework utilizing Workday.
