Project Overview

The GMU MIS 491 team provided Encore Learning with recommendations and detailed training on how the organization can maximize their Google Suite purchase, as well as how they can efficiently aggregate their survey monkey student feedback. The Client's Needs included a better understanding of the different available application within the Google Suite they purchased, and how the applications can be utilized; as well as a better way to read and comprehend their current survey monkey results. The GMU MIS 491 Solution / Recommendation Delivery included a demonstration and training on how Google Keeps, Calendar, and Meet can be used immediately to better organize Encore Learning’s business operations; an aggregation tool and process within excel was developed to quickly collect survey monkey’s results and provide the organization with the metrics they desired – training was provided as well; and a demonstration and training on how Google Forms and Classroom can be used to replace survey money and zoom if desired (Plan B).
