The GMU MIS 491 team provided Chameleon Consulting Group (CCG) with a structured plan for an onboarding buddy system that allows experienced employees to be paired with new hires in order to foster company culture, and provide an excellent onboarding experience. The Client's Needs included delivering an amazing onboarding experience that is consistent for every new hire and introducing CCG’s culture with the new hire early on in the onboarding process. The GMU MIS 491 Solution / Recommendation Delivery included a demonstration on how an onboarding buddy can decrease turnover rates, establish company culture, and increase productivity of new hires for CCG. Moreover, a demonstration on how CCG can implement the onboarding buddy plan within Paycor.
