Class Experience
"I first took Professor Ngac for MIS 330, and the class immediately stood out to me. I really liked how the course was designed to simulate a real improvement process throughout the semester. That experience made me want to take another class with him, which is how I discovered MIS 462 (PREP). Since I wasn’t in the Honors program, I reached out to my previous instructor, Professor Shun Ye, who kindly recommended me for the course.

I truly enjoyed Professor Ngac’s teaching in both MIS 330 and MIS 462. In MIS 330, we worked on a semester-long project that we built step by step and refined at the end, which really helped me learn how to develop a solution properly. MIS 462 was the most important class I took at George Mason. It was the only course where we worked directly with a real client, solved a real problem, and collaborated independently as a professional team.

Professor Ngac was an amazing professor in every way. He was supportive, provided thoughtful and timely feedback, and always responded quickly to our questions. Overall, he is a great mentor and someone I genuinely enjoyed learning from."
