Le'Ann Fredericks is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Information Systems and Operations Management. She is from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands and I came to GMU right after finishing high school in the islands in order to elevate herself and kickstart her career. She loves dancing, traveling, and helping anyone that she meets in as many ways as possible!
Class Experience
"I took MIS 330 as well as MIS 462 (the honor’s class) with Professor Ngac during the Spring 2021 semester. At first, I was a bit intimidated after reading Professor Ngac’s credentials, but after the first two weeks of classes, I began to notice that he was very serious about creating highly-motivated students and preparing us for what’s to come in any industry that we decide to work in. I had the honor of creating a project proposal for a Vaccination Passport known as “VaxPass” in our MIS 330 class and Professor Ngac did a fantastic job of guiding us through the deliverables and showing us how we could improve each phase and step of the process, all while keeping us motivated. Because of this, I now feel ready to actually work on a project proposal in real life. He equipped us to go out into the world!"

Future Goals
After graduation, Le'Ann intends to get an internship or entry level position where she’ll be able to work on projects in any way that she can. She sees herself working for a contractor or the federal government in the near future and her ultimate goal is to become a project manager. Long term, she would like to be able to work for a company that allows her to travel to different countries for work, since her dream is to travel as much as possible! In the meantime, she would like to get her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification among many others.
