Class Experience
"I connected with Professor Ngac in the Fall semester of my sophomore year while taking Information Security Fundamentals. At the time, I was new to the major and was still unsure if it was right for me. As a Professor, Brian was uniquely able to present complex ideas and information in a way that was both academically effective but also applicable to the real world. Professor Ngac was not only committed to helping us understand the concepts and pass the exams, but he also wanted to prepare us for the post-graduation professional world.
Following the course, I would frequently email Brian to have him look over my resume, to ask questions, to ask for resources and opinions. On his own time and volition, Brian would consistently help me out and offer a wealth of invaluable information. Through these interactions, Brian helped me develop professionally which eventually culminated into an internship opportunity and led to a full time offer.
I know for a fact that Brian was a key player in my individual success, and beyond this many other students at George Mason University."
